Spring roll is one of my favorite snacks. The sweet or the salty one. This time I made banana and chocolate spring roll, but I didn’t make the skin, just bought to make it easier.
Cook the cut banana in a melted butter until caramelized. Fill the skin with caramelized banana and some sprinkle chocolate. I don’t want to use too much oil to fry it, I like it less oily, coz I think the oil from the butter it’s already too much. So I baked them.
