Some of you who always crave for Korean food probably love this food. It is Nakji bokkeum (낙지볶음), a stir-fried food made with chopped octopus braised with gochujang (red pepper paste) and cooked together with some vegetables. Spicy enough but delicious. Those who doesn’t get along with the hot taste of food might leave this food immediately.
They usually serve this dishes using fresh octopus that they keep on the aquarium that we can see just in front or inside the restaurant, yet another enjoyment for my daughter. Using the fresh octopus seems cruel enough but that just the it is. You can even see the chopped octopus moving on the pan.
